Workspace Design Show Amsterdam Two energising days filled with inspiration, creativity, and valuable connections. The exhibition floor buzzed with activity as visitors explored the latest in design, discovered new innovations, and engaged in conversations that sparked fresh ideas and meaningful relationships. We look back on a successful edition where design, innovation, and experience came together in a truly remarkable way.

Sensory experience as the foundation of the design

For this year’s edition, we teamed up with UNS to create the Workspace Design Talks Theatre, fully aligned with the theme “Activate Your Senses.”
Our shared approach didn’t start with furniture or technology, but with emotion.

Light, sound, material, and texture became the foundation for a space designed not just to be heard, but to be felt.

The environment was built around:

  • Dynamic lighting modes that allowed the ambience to shift

  • Materials and textures that invited touch

  • Smart acoustic solutions for comfort and engagement

  • A flexible spatial layout that blurred the boundary between speaker and audience

The result was a conference setting where visitors could relax, explore, and actively participate a space where connection was at the heart of the experience.

Sustainability and Reuse

Sustainability played a key role in the design. Together with UNS, we selected repurposed elements, sustainable finishes, and materials with a story. This reflected our shared belief that experience and responsibility go hand in hand.
By integrating reused and sustainable materials, we not only enhanced the character of the space but also embraced a more conscious approach to design.

Our Experience on the Exhibition Floor

At the Workspace Design Show, the focus was on innovation, future oriented work, and the creation of inspiring, functional workplace environments. Our conference space became a central meeting point for conversations, knowledge sharing, and exploring trends and developments within the industry.

We connected with many professionals, built new relationships, and shared our vision on how space, design, and technology can strengthen one another particularly within hybrid work concepts, wellbeing, and productivity.

The positive feedback on our sensory driven environment reaffirmed the importance of intentional design and meaningful experiences in modern workspaces.

A Strong Collaboration with Partners

Bringing this edition to life was only possible thanks to the dedication and expertise of our partners, with whom we worked closely to create a distinctive experience.

We would like to express our special thanks to:

UNS, for the valuable collaboration and our shared vision on design, innovation, and experience

Hans Luiijf & David Coenen of Flokk Netherlands
Willem-Jan Vereggen of Bolon

We also extend our gratitude to our creative partners, whose expertise and signature style played a key role in the design and realisation of the space:
Studiomolo, Array, Plasis, Nose and Partners.

Proud of a Successful Edition

We are proud of what we achieved together with our team and network. The ideas, connections, and inspiration we take from this edition form a valuable foundation for future projects.

With thanks to everyone who contributed to this successful edition. Visitors, partners, and colleagues, we look forward with excitement to the next Workspace Design Show.
