AS Watson is a leading international retail company, primarily known in the Benelux as the driving force behind Kruidvat and Trekpleister. With a wide range of products, competitive prices, and a strong presence both in physical stores and online, AS Watson enables customers to easily and efficiently meet their needs. Through continuous innovation and the optimization of both the shopping experience and work environment, the company anticipates the dynamic demands of both customers and employees.

The interior reflects the core values of AS Watson: a refined balance of calm, elegance, and functionality. Warm wood tones, soft grays, and subtle neutral colors, complemented by cream and blush accents, create an atmosphere that is both inviting and inspiring. Every element has been carefully chosen, not only to aesthetically surprise but also to subtly connect with the brand’s product range.

The common areas, from pantries to the restaurant and brasserie, have been carefully designed to foster connection and engagement. Here, the dynamic nature of AS Watson comes to life.

The thoughtfully selected furniture, warm patterns on the walls, rugs, and personal accents contribute to an atmosphere of movement and collaboration. This creates an inviting, accessible environment where employees can relax or hold informal discussions. The playful and inspiring ‘doodles,’ reflecting the unique culture of AS Watson, give the pantries and scrum areas their own character and stimulate creativity.

The design at AS Watson marks the shift from a traditional, corporate appearance to a people-centered work environment. Here, energy, passion, and collaboration are at the core. Rather than a static brand aesthetic, a dynamic ecosystem has been created where professionals take center stage.
